Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, typos submitted by the customer, or changes of mind after purchase. Each item is created specifically for you, based on the engraving details you provide.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged (cracked, chipped, or broken during shipping)
  • Scratched or flawed beyond normal stone texture
  • Engraving is too faint or not visible enough to read clearly
  • Misspelled due to an error on our part
  • Different than what was agreed upon in the order or proof

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. If we made the mistake, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
