We proudly ship all orders within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service). Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

• Processing Time: Most custom orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–10 business days, depending on the level of customization and current order volume.
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, USPS typically delivers within 2–5 business days.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Please note that we are not currently offering international shipping.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through trusted platforms, including:

• Credit and Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Etsy Payments (for Etsy store orders)

Your payment information is processed securely, and we never store or have access to your full payment details. Orders must be paid in full before we begin engraving.
